The current disk is locked. Please unlock it. Either it is locked physically (the write protect tab is set to the locked position) or there is a locking flag set on the volume.
HFS is not currently running. I must say that it makes little or no sense at all that you make files invisible here. Just put files you don’t want to see in a folder entitled “Invisible Folder” or “Contains Clutter...” and pretend not to see them.
